PS3 players of Skyrim are reporting that a patch (version 2.01) for the epic fantasy game is now available. Bethesda forum users say the patch is 92MB and live in various parts of Europe.
With an announced update coming to all versions of the game (PS3, Xbox 360, PC) it may seem the PS3 update has been first out of the gate.
This latest update is said to remedy a current bug currently making the PS3 version unplayable for some users. The bug occurs when save files exceed a certain size. After that point, the PS3 version suffers from lag and, according to some players, eventually becomes unplayable.
Some users have already began singing the praises of the new update which sounds good for the upcoming Xbox 360 and PC updates as well.
