Ubisoft has now pushed back the release date for Far Cry 3. While the game will thankfully still make it into the 2012 calendar, the initial release of September 6 has been changed to November 30.

This latest Far Cry 3 update was released in a recent Ubisoft press release confirming Just Dance 4 releasing October 2nd and Rocksmith releasing September 28 for 360 and PS3, with a PC version following on October 19.

So, waiting two extra months for Far Cry 3 isn’t going to kill you is it? With games like Assassin’s Creed III and Call of Duty Black Ops II looking to grab the lions share of the consumer spending pie, let’s just hope the game can peak interests during the end of November.
